Hi, my name is Andrew Hooks and I live in Cornelius, NC and
I am a W.I.T.S Certified Personal Fitness Trainer who works around the Cornelius
NC area gyms. I train at the Huntersville Community Center, Davidson Recreation
Center, and also do In-Home Sessions. I would be happy to work with you to

I enjoy training with people of all ages and I realize the
importance of meeting with people at the very beginning and accessing where
they are currently physically, and then determine their over-all goals. Setting
goals are very important, but they have to be realistic goals and one of my
jobs as a personal trainer is to translate these goals into an overall exercise
program that may involve a number of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility
exercises. I will want to make sure your goals are reachable and to do that I
will sit down with you every two to four weeks to check in and see where we may
need to make changes in your training.
These are the steps I like to use when I start personal
training with a client:
1- Meet and establish goals
2- Do fitness testing
3- Re-evaluate the goals after the fitness testing
4- Develop an exercise plan
5- Educate my clients as we work-out
6- Constantly work on motivation
7- Re-evaluate goals with the client's progression
8- Adjust the work-out techniques as necessary
The main point I would communicate is that with me as your
personal trainer you will have a person that is interested in truly helping you
accomplish your goals and the health and fitness exsperience and knowledge of a
Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. In the process we will even make it fun and
you will be surprised at the enormous benefits that come from working out other
than just less inches off the waistline i.e., increases energy, and promotes
physical, mental, and psychological well-being in additon to benefiting
physical health..
It is my goal as a personal trainer, and the goal of Peak
Total Fitness to provide the residents of Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, and
Huntersville North Carolina with excellent personal training where they have
