Benefits Of Personal Training

These are the steps I like to use when I start personal training with a client:

1- Meet and establish goals
2- Do fitness testing
3- Re-evaluate the goals after the fitness     testing
4- Develop an exercise plan
5- Educate my clients as we work-out
6- Constantly work on motivation
7- Re-evaluate goals with the client's     progression
8- Adjust the work-out techniques as     necessary
